📍 SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses) as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, and most international destinations. For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply — please review details below.
⏱️ ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays). During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), processing may take up to 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Note: Delivery delays due to customs clearance, carrier backlogs, or local postal service are rare but can occasionally occur. SwissCraftedPan is not liable for delays caused by customs or weather-related disruptions.
📦 ORDER TRACKING & CONFIRMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number (active within 24 hours). You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page. For any issues, contact our US-based support team at info@swisscraftedpan.com.
🛃 CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. SwissCraftedPan is not responsible for any customs or duty charges — these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for estimates. We are unable to mark orders as "gift" or undervalue items, as this violates US and international trade laws.
🚨 LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
For US orders: If your package is lost or stolen after marked "Delivered" by carrier, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. For lost in transit (no scan update for 10+ business days), contact us and we will reship or refund at no cost after investigation. For damaged items: If your SwissCraftedPan arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@swisscraftedpan.com with photos of the box and product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund per our Return Policy.
🔄 ADDRESS CHANGES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After dispatch, address changes may incur a redirection fee. Undeliverable packages (wrong address, unclaimed, refused) will be returned to our US warehouse; we will issue a refund minus original shipping costs (and any return shipping fee). We are happy to reship after corrected address and re-shipping fee.
📅 HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON SHIPPING
During high-volume periods (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Prime Day), processing may extend to 5–7 business days. We recommend ordering early for guaranteed arrival before holidays. Express shipping options remain available but may be impacted by carrier capacity — we do not guarantee specific delivery dates during peak seasons.
